Product Introduction of Laser Welding Automation Production Line:
Laser welding automated production lines can achieve welding of many types of materials, and laser welding usually has many advantages that cannot be compared to other fusion welding processes, especially in welding thin plate alloy materials that are difficult to weld in the aviation and automotive industries, such as aluminum alloys, without deformation of structural components, high joint quality, and good reproducibility. Laser welding production lines have become a standard process in the automotive industry, used for welding body panels by welding metal plates of different thicknesses and with different surface coatings together, and then stamping them. The panel structure made in this way can achieve a reasonable combination of metals.

The automatic thin plate laser welding production line can automatically complete a series of automated production processes such as material stack conversion, loading positioning, laser welding, weld seam tracking, quality inspection, finished product sorting, sheet flipping, shallow pit processing, unloading and palletizing, and automatic selection of stacking areas
technological process:
The feeding rotating worktable rotates the feeding process, and two pieces of material enter the working area at the same time. Two feeding robots with end pickers at the ends suck up the two pieces of material and place them on the centering clamping worktable. The pieces of material are automatically positioned, clamped, and centered, and the laser head moves linearly along the weld seam while butt welding the two pieces of material. The lateral discharge device pulls out the welded formed steel plate, and the steel plate enters the unloading station. The unloading robot completes the unloading and places it on the unloading rotating worktable for stacking.
